* Notes about these prices:
- They are not based on catalogue values but on current dealer and auction listings. The reason for this is that catalogues tend to over-value stamps.
- They are average prices. The actual value of your stamp may be slightly above or below the listed value, depending on the overall condition of your stamp. Use these prices as a guide to determine the approximate value of your stamps.

Canada Post Corporation is issuing four se tenant commemorative stamps featuring four mushrooms: Admirable Boletus, Common Morel; Cinnabar Chanterelle; and Spindle Coral all of which can be found in Canada. These stamps indicate Canada Post Corporation's continued commitment to nature themes. These stamps are issued in conjunction with conventions being held in Toronto this summer, by both the Mycological Society of America, and the American Institute of Biological Sciences. A Thematic Stamp Pack will also be available. Montreal graphic designer Ernst Roch rendered these four mushrooms in stylized gouache paintings. They're seen against plain but rich coloured backgrounds and identified by their species names in Latin. The designs are representative of Roch's finely detailed and precise work.
Designed by Ernst Roch.
