* Notes about these prices:
- They are not based on catalogue values but on current dealer and auction listings. The reason for this is that catalogues tend to over-value stamps.
- They are average prices. The actual value of your stamp may be slightly above or below the listed value, depending on the overall condition of your stamp. Use these prices as a guide to determine the approximate value of your stamps.

Given the overwhelming popularity of last year's "Santa" Christmas stamps, this year theme will portray four more traditional Yuletide gift-givers from various regions around the world. The four "Santas" being honoured include one each from North America (37¢), Estonia (42¢), Italy (48¢) and Germany (84¢). Germany's "Weihnachtsmann" is a thin, stooped, heavily laden, white-bearded old man who makes his rounds on Christmas Eve with his sack of presents and a Christmas tree. He is a secularized version of Saint Nicholas, who is still associated with December 6.
Designed by Louis Fishauf.
