Nearly 65 years after she first adorned a Canadian stamp, Queen Elizabeth is once again immortalized in this year's regal definitive issue. The stamp features an elegant portrait by internationally renowned Canadian photographer Yousuf Karsh. The image, employed in the 1987 Queen stamp has been updated with dramatic new colours. This issue is also a new smaller size than the previous Queen stamp issues.
