A design from a drawing with scroll work turned out at the top and in at the bottom. Across the top of the stamp immediately above the numeral value is the name "Canada." At the bottom are the words "Postage Due." In the center of the stamp, enclosed in a framework, is the numeral value, while the letter value appears below. Additional denominations of 4-cent and 10-cent postage due stamps were added on 3rd July, 1928.
