Supplementing the King George V and Pictorial Issues of 1930, a new set of postage due stamps was issued in 1930. The design and colour were similar to those of the first postage due issues of 1906 and 1928. A distinguishing feature of the 1930 issue was the inward turn at the top, and outward turn at the bottom of the scroll design. A design from a drawing, with scroll work turned in at the top and out at the bottom. Across the top of the stamp immediately above the numeral value is the name "Canada." At the bottom of the stamp are the words, "Postage Due." In the center of the stamp, enclosed in a framework, is the numeral value, while the word "Cent" appears below.
