This PermanentTM domestic stamp features a playful polar bear, and is one of three stamps in this year’s annual Christmas Animals issue.
Perfect for holiday greeting cards and other seasonal messages of good cheer, illustrator Christiane Beauregard’s stamp depicts a polar bear gazing skyward on a starry night, its scarf blowing in the breeze.
As with all 2017 stamp issues, this stamp includes a reference to Canada's sesquicentennial. In this issue, the words 'Canada 150' have been underprinted on the stamp paper.
